Helping you organize, Declutter & Rearrange for the life you want
Services available in Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas or Virtually

Welcome!
If you find yourself here after many attempts to get organized – you are not alone! In the US, we collectively spend $2.7 billion replacing items, and each of us spends about 60 hours a year searching for lost belongings. As a creative and mess prone individual myself, this company has a empathetic foundation of how it feels to be overwhelmed by a disorganized space. However, I’ve learned the skills and options of how to organize spaces in a way that works for each person’s unique spaces and preferences, so that belongings no longer disrupt our lives. I would be delighted and honored to help create solutions for your space, so your things don’t get in the way of you living the life you want.

What does an organizer do, exactly?
And are you going to make me throw all of my stuff away?
Personalized 1-on-1 Coaching
We will work together in your space so that I can get to know you, and make suggestions that are customized to how you think, work, and want to spend your time. I am not here to turn your space into a sterile environment that looks like someone else’s. We will identify your goals, so that your space reflects and supports what you want.
Organized Solutions
As we spend time in your space, I will make suggestions of ways to increase ease and function. Sometimes this means adding something (like a hook for your keys so they don’t get lost), and other times I might suggest taking something away (like letting go of an item someone guilted you into taking that you really don’t like seeing).
Custom Designs & Hands On Support
As we come to new chapters in life, our furniture arrangement and the organization of our belongings often need to evolve alongside us. We will work together to arrange what you already own in a way that suits your life now, and see if any items need to be added, removed, or swapped out. This could look like a custom closet design, or a simple change to repurpose a container.
Time Management & Body Doubling
Often times, issues with managing time is a huge piece of the puzzle that adds to our overwhelm. So, we will look into how you are managing your time currently, and see what we can do to ease any stress. This might mean a custom to-do list, automating certain tasks, or working together to see what can be taken off of your plate.
Judgement Free: I promise a messy space does not scare me, or make me think any less of a person.

FAQs
How are the sessions conducted?
Our in person sessions will be 3 hours, in whatever space you need help (home, office, storage unit, etc.). The first and last 20 minutes will be used to set, and review goals.
Virtual sessions are shorter (1.5-2 hrs typically), and we can use the time in whatever way is most beneficial for you. This could mean going over a list of questions you have, giving me a virtual tour of your space, sending me measurements and asking for help planning how to arrange / what products to buy, etc, or having me body double for you as you complete tasks on your to do list.
What is a certified professional organizer?
A Certified Professional Organizer (CPO), is a designation credited to someone who has: taken and passed a written exam, proven their track record of at least 1,500 hours of paid client work within the past 5 years, and agreed to follow the code of ethics written by the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers. CPO’s must earn continuing education credits to maintain their designation. I earned my CPO in October 2023.
What commitment is required?
We will work together to find the best solutions for you, so plan to be available for the duration of the session if it is a traditional organizing session (in person or virtual). Unpacking can be done without you present, as long as you are available for questions that may arise.
What results can I expect?
We will talk before getting started about what results you are hoping for, and and find the pace that feels best for you based on that. Whether you are eager to tackle a space in a day, or to chip away at it over time, we will collaborate to find the best flow for you.
How much will it cost?
Fees vary based on the program selected and its duration. For detailed pricing and packages, please refer to the “Pricing” page here or contact us directly for a tailored quote.
Will you throw things away?
Absolutely nothing will be discarded without your consent. Those decisions are up to you, and we will donate / repurpose / or discard items as you see fit.
Where do you work?
I work in Portland, OR and its surrounding areas. I also conduct virtual sessions for anyone in a different time zone or outside of the Portland area.
